Genevieve Rodgers | MBA, Engineer, WSET 3
Genevieve Rodgers has spent more than 25 years in the wine industry as a winemaker, winery operator, and business consultant. She started by developing and planting an estate vineyard that continues to produce award-winning wines. Since then she has managed an estate winery, run her own award-winning wine brand, and built a consulting practice that has worked with wineries across 18 US states and internationally.
She brings an uncommon combination of credentials to the work: a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis, an MBA from Chapman University, and a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Merit. Before wine, she was a Project Engineer at Ford Motor Company. That background — engineering discipline, business training, and decades of hands-on winemaking — is what she applies to winery business problems.
