BACKGROUND

Genevieve Rodgers started consulting in the wine industry in 1997 and founded PEMDAS Solutions in 2016. She has since consulted for wineries in 18 US states and internationally in Tanzania, Lebanon, and Thailand. Her work spans every stage of a winery’s life — from concept through scale. Before wine, Genevieve was a Project Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where she developed the analytical rigor and systems thinking she now applies to winery operations. That engineering background — combined with an MBA and decades of on-the-ground winemaking — gives her a genuinely uncommon perspective on winery business problems.
